South St Paul

The City of South St Paul and Tree Trust are partnering to bring low cost trees to residents of South St Paul. Check out the SOUTH ST PAUL TREES for more information on tree species that are available.

Here are the Details:

• Ordering opens August 18th, 2025 and will close October 3rd, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Trees are $40 each. You may purchase 1 tree per South St Paul address. Trees must be planted in South St Paul.
• Trees purchased through this sale MUST be planted on private property. Trees cannot be planted on the boulevard or in the right-of-way. 
• Read the TREE SALE FAQs before proceeding, to learn how the sale works and related policies.
• Please set up a Shopify customer ACCOUNT, which will be required for purchasing in the sale.
• The trees will be available for pick up on October 18th, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at West St Paul Sport Complex, 1650 Oakdale Ave, St Paul, MN 55118.
  
• **These trees do not come with a warranty. There are no refunds for trees that die following delivery.**

Things to consider:

• Large shade trees should be planted at least 15 feet from power lines and/or buildings.
• Save money on energy by planting large shade trees on the east or west side of your home.
• Evergreen trees are about 3-4 feet tall; Shade trees are about 5-8 feet tall.
• Trees weigh approximately 20-40 pounds.
